Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary:
Unified Business Alliance, a leading organization overseeing a diverse portfolio of entities, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in Lehi, Utah. Major Duties:

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization and its subsidiaries.
- Analyze financial data and performance to drive informed business decisions.
3. Risk Management:
- Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and policies.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.
6. Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaborate with other executives and department heads to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
7. Board Reporting:
- Provide financial updates and reports to the Board of Directors.
- Engage with board members to address financial inquiries and provide strategic insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
