They design and manufacture housing units that are not only transportable but also environmentally friendly, capable of multi-family configurations, and embedded with cutting-edge technologies. These advancements transform the experience of buying, investing, owning, and living in homes. Backed by venture capital, we're poised for rapid growth as we close our Series A funding round. With a new manufacturing facility in Page, Arizona, they offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, bonus, and equity options.
Role Overview:
As the CFO, you will join a visionary team dedicated to redefining sustainable living. Your strategic financial leadership will be instrumental in guiding our growth, optimizing our operational efficiency, and ensuring our financial health. This role requires a blend of innovation, integrity, and a passion for our mission to make a significant impact in the housing market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Company's goals. Provide insightful analysis to guide decision-making and business growth.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, investments, and risk management. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a solid financial position.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the executive team to optimize production costs, enhance profitability, and streamline operations. Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
  • Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors and partners. Communicate financial performance and strategic direction to stakeholders.
  • Sustainability and Innovation Funding: Identify and secure funding opportunities for sustainable and innovative projects. Oversee the financial aspects of environmental initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Travel as needed to Page, Arizona to help on finance matters as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role, preferably in the manufacturing, real estate, or technology sectors.
  • A strong understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • An MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting. CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability, technology, and innovative housing solutions.
