770-GOOD-LAW is a Personal Injury firm handling mainly car wreck cases with 5 attorneys and about 27 other team members, and about 200 cases in litigation in either State or Superior courts.. We are looking to add an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to our team.
About you:
WHAT A PLAYER DOES:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive the firm’s growth,
- Provide visionary leadership to the executive team and other team members,
- Oversee financial performance and ensure the firm’s financial health,
- Maintain a client- centric approach, ensuring the delivery of high- quality legal services and a positive client experience,
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to continually improve service,
- Lead business development initiatives,
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and relationships within the legal and business communities,
- Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments affecting the practice, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks,
- Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the firm's reputation and integrity.
THE PERFECT PLAYER HAS:
- Visionary thinking with the ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans,
- A Juris Doctorate degree or LLM,
- At least 3 years tenure with previous employment
- Personal Injury Litigation experience
- Flexibility to work across different disciplines including property damage, bodily injury, and UM
- Must be able to handle a large, fast turning caseload
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Computer skills and being able to learn new software programs quickly
- Capacity to work and communicate well on a team that consists of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other Directors
- Ability to work independently
- Superior verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with contacts both internally and externally
- Ability to lift, walk with and maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Capable of sitting for long periods at a time
Besides growth, a base compensation ranging from $100,000, and a sense of responsibility and fulfillment, 770GoodLaw Offers:
