We are looking for someone who is:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a CEO or in a similar capacity
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development and growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Demonstrated financial management expertise, including budgeting and financial analysis
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of success in driving organizational performance
