Job Description :

Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy: Provide visionary leadership to drive the company towards sustained growth and profitability. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Ownership Transition: Spearhead the transition process following recent ownership changes. Effectively communicate changes, manage stakeholders' expectations, and ensure a smooth transition for employees and operations.
Operational Evaluation: Evaluate current staff, operational processes, and organizational structure to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements. Make data-driven decisions regarding staffing adjustments and resource allocation.
Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgets, and expenditures. Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Employee Development: Foster a positive work culture, promote professional growth, and mentor leadership talent within the organization. Inspire and motivate teams towards achieving company objectives.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role, preferably within the road construction or traffic control industry.
Demonstrated success in leading company turnarounds, driving operational efficiency, and managing large teams (100-150 employees).
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, clients, and diverse teams.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
