What will I be doing?

As a Chief Engineer, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- To be responsible for the maintenance and repair programs of the resort.
- Commitment and dedication to our culture is an encouraged behavior to be displayed toward our guests and team members at all times.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGV from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Carries out reasonable requests of management
- To maintain the entire HGV facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure the upkeep of the landscaping and guest areas to maintain an attractive property.
- Manage all rehabilitation, expansion, and special projects.
- Lead and motivate teams, working closely with all other departments to ensure efficient productivity, efficiency, profitability and guest experience

What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Technical Diploma
- 3-5 years of related experience
- 2 years of management experience
