Estimated annual base pay: $294,000 (minimum) - $368,000 (midpoint) - $441,000 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Finance Executive, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Chief Accounting Officer acts as a leader, mentor and partner, and requires strong operating and systems perspectives as well as a strategic financial mindset. The CAO will be responsible for managing corporate accounting and reporting, both internally and externally, while ensuring all filings meet regulatory requirements and corporate financial planning and analysis. CAO will engage stakeholders across the enterprise in building and maintaining a high-functioning Controller organization.
What You Will Be Doing
Accountable for appropriate financial controls, compliance and risk mitigation for the company. Has significant interaction with Audit Committee and Audit Chair.
Enterprise leadership role for the global finance organization.
Manages SEC regulatory filings for 10-Ks, and10-Qs.
Supports senior leadership in due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions as well as participates in post-acquisition integration work. Coordinates management of the accounting for acquisitions and divestitures.
Leads company's close and consolidation process, providing templates, calendars, and consolidating inputs from operating teams.
Provides necessary information to auditors on earnings releases, 10-Q and 10-K tie-outs and support. Assists in documentation and completion of Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements to ensure company is in compliance. Interfaces with internal audit regarding control improvements.
Manage the activities of control, accounting, and corporate consolidation reporting staff. Efforts include talent management, recruiting, mentoring, talent development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies.
Drives continuous improvement and strengthen processes through Kaizen events. Serves as a change agent and drive a Lean culture.
What We Are Looking For
15 years deep knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and US GAAP requirements
15 years experience in a global lean manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
CPA is required
