This role is responsible for overseeing all sales-related activities including assessing, implementing, and reporting on sales strategies and ensuring maximum sales volume. Responsible for strategic sales leadership and revenue delivery across all lines of business and channels, including the management of 250+ coworkers and ~400 distributors across the United States. This role reports to the CEO and manages all sales functions including distributor sales, national account sales, sales operations, and field quality.
Essential Responsibilities:
\u2022 Create and execute sales department strategies to meet all requirements while achieving revenue and profit goals.
\u2022 Identify changes in the competitive environment and evaluate, adjust, or redraft our plans accordingly.
\u2022 Lead sales team and external distributor partners to achieve sales and profit objectives.
\u2022 Identify and develop strategic business opportunities; oversee the execution and planning to drive revenue growth and sales, determine effectiveness of initiatives and implement change when necessary.
