Position Details:
Position Type: 1-year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
Job Location: West Point, PA
Shift: 1st shift
Compensation: $26.85 per hour
Responsibilities:

• Complete routine sample analysis using a diverse set of methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, Karl Fisher, IR, Specific Rotation, Titration, Nephelometer, etc.)
• Wet chemistry (e.g., preparation of mobile phases and standard solutions, sample dilutions, etc.)
• Data interpretation (e.g., integration and reporting of chromatography data using Empower)
• Data reporting (e.g., through documentation in electronic NB in compliance with all ALCOA principles)
• Team will provide training and opportunities to practice/refamiliarize with methods during onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: BS in Chemistry.
• Preferred: 1-2 years' experience in a Pharmaceutical Analytical Research or a GMP environment.
• Commitment to scientific method
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Motivated team player who is eager to learn and willing to ask questions.
• Adaptable to changing environments (e.g., position will span support of drug substance and drug product analytical activities)
