Job Description
Perform Analytical testing on raw materials, finished products, support product development, and troubleshoot product quality and contaminant/impurity issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
- BA/BS degree in Chemistry, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a GMP environment.
- Excellent work attitude and attention to detail.
- Able to manage time efficiently, be flexible, and have multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience with GC, HPLC/UPLC, UV, FTIR, Karl Fisher, and other laboratory instruments.
- Use basic understanding and knowledge of techniques, instrumentation, and lab functions to identify problems and support the completion of work assignments.
- Perform method transfer and validation activities with minimal supervisor guidance.
- Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per QC SOPs.
- Ability to follow Good Documentation Practice for notebook recording and report writing in cGMP environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Familiarity with 21CFR, ICH, and GMP.
- Experience with Chemstation and Empower.
