As a Chemical Operator, you’ll be working a rotating 12-hour shift pattern, to support the plant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Chemical Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities
- Learn the operations and cleaning of All-Natural Chemical equipment, that is, reactors, distillation, and autoclave
- Learn the start-up, monitoring and shutdown of Natural Chemical utilities, that is, cooling towers, chillers, Vacuum pumps, air compressor, scrubbers, de-ionized water and clean steam.
- Learn to monitor chemical processes by performing general lab analyses using GC, bio-analyser, titration HPLC, pH meter and microscope.
- Complete production batch records and ultimately maintain batch sheets, spreadsheets, control charts, and other documentation.
- Ensure understanding of all safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational procedures, in order to utilize tools, equipment, electronic/computer systems.
- Ensure understanding of Quality Control requirements for sampling and product testing.

You bring
- Minimum 3-year experience handling chemicals.
- 2 – 5 years of chemical batching experience.
- Equipment operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of G.M.P’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
