As a Field Charging Solutions Sales Manager (CSSM), you will drive new EV charging
business in the mid-market segment through prospecting, deal and pipeline
management, and closing. You will be part of an elite, professional, and rapidly growing
team that succeeds through collaboration, tenacity, and constant improvement.
Responsibilities
Create strong bonds with the Ford Commercial Vehicle Center network and the
Ford Dealership network, for early detection of Fleet Electrification opportunities.
Educate, Engage and Evangelize: guide customers and the channel on how to
prepare for EVs, and explain the importance of its associated charging
infrastructure.
Engage prospects at a senior executive level to pursue and close new
customers.
Conduct outbound prospecting to fill your pipeline with qualified sales
opportunities as well as handling inbound opportunities.
Consistently achieve revenue targets by applying modern sales techniques and
processes to efficiently manage sales opportunities through your funnel to a
successful close.
Use your creativity and tenacity to develop and improve how we target and
penetrate new market segments.
Additional to Sales Responsibilities, candidate must act as subject matter expert
in fleet electrification and transition plans, supporting his/her own
customers/prospects, as well as other projects relevant to other
customers/prospects in North America.
Act as liaison with the Vehicle product team, to train and circulate all relevant
updates to Ford's EV portfolio that may have an impact in either Fleet Transition
discussions or the design of EV Charging Solutions.
Contribute directly to the success and growth of the company.

Requirements
5+ years of B2B and Channel sales experience in a hunting role
2+ years of experience selling complex software solutions
Demonstrable track record of above target performance, especially in a startup
environment
You are sharp, self-motivated, organized, detail and process oriented

You are a clear and direct communicator
You exceed expectations and hold yourself accountable to a higher standard of

You are comfortable with frequent travel (~50%), and are based close to a major
