Job description

Summary: The Channel Marketing Specialist jointly develops, executes, and optimizes marketing programs and tactics by collaborating across cross-functional areas throughout the company, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Builder and Specification Teams. The Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans to drive sales through our partner channels. This includes working closely with our sales teams and partners to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and drive results.
Salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
Location: Carlsbad, CA - Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Co-develop and execute Channel Marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive sales through partner channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to create and execute joint marketing initiatives.
  • Manage content and material within Nice Partner Portal and facilitate requests from sales and partners.
  • Work with internal teams to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
  • Prepare project briefs to help guide the creation of assets in support of Marketing programs.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute industry events and tradeshows as well as regional training activities (Lunch & Learns, etc.) Ensure that all literature, materials, and displays are delivered to events on time.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, and events in coordination with marketing, PLM, and sales teams.
  • Assist in digital experience for our B2B and D2C customers, encompassing tasks such as SEO, content syndication, and digital content distribution across our channels.
  • Support the process of creating and optimizing online content for B2B and D2C partner websites, ensuring the continuous delivery of best-in-class product listings.
  • Co-create and co-manage Channel Marketing and program budgets and track ROI for all Channel Marketing initiatives, including MDF and Co-Op activities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Channel Marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with marketing operations and sales to drive lead follow-up, pipeline acceleration and reporting from Marketing activities and events.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing programs to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with sales to identify opportunities for new partner recruitment and share of wallet growth by expanding partner portfolios to include other business lines.
  • Staff booths and exhibitions as needed in support of Marketing, Sales, Builder & Specifications teams.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience working with B2B partners and technology products desirable.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and Marketing Automaton (Salesforce and Pardot) preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to utilize and maintain CRM and project management programs.
  • Solid organization, project, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work against deadlines and recommend effective solutions to problems.
  • Ability to collaborate well with other departments, executive management, direct manager, and clients.
  • Strong written communication and verbal skills; good listener.
  • Proven ability to establish goals and objectives, set project priorities, and multi-task.
  • Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to travel ~10% for tradeshows, events, other activities as needed.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeed.
