Organizational Change Manager will work to drive higher proficiency and faster adoption of changes impacting enterprise audiences to ensure optimal results are achieved. The individual will play a key role in ensuring and driving critical activities to meet business, PMO and program objectives. Responsibilities Implement organizational change management activities and initiatives. Develop (and guide development of) communications to help with stakeholder awareness and adoption Build change capability through knowledge transfer activities. Create communication plans and stakeholder strategy for enterprise level initiatives Lead change management activities applying structure methodology training strategy, assessing change impact, user readiness, and communication strategy. Conduct impact analysis with key stakeholders, conduct readiness assessment, identify gaps and develop plan to address them Define, measure, and report success metrics and change efforts. Self-motivated, self-driven and willing to take on related responsibilities, as needed
Enterprise-wide implementation of M365 - this is a hard requirement. Please specify candidate's experience in M365 implementations. Bachelor’s degree with 10 years relevant experience in OCM ProSci Certification Substantial experience and proven track record with large scale enterprise change adoption impacting people and enterprise exhibiting a solid understanding of the change lifecycle and how people adopt change Exceptional written and oral communication skills and able to develop executive-level presentations for EVP and Board level audiences Experience in creating content for OCM initiatives for communication Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan Manage communications, training, and stakeholder engagementExperience PreferredSubstantial experience and proven track record with large scale enterprise change adoption impacting people and enterprise exhibiting a solid understanding of the change lifecycle and how people adopt changeEducation RequiredBachelor’s degree with 10 years relevant experience leading changes in organization stemming from the changes to IT infrastructure, Applications, PMO processes or Governance changes. PROSCI certification or CCMP
