ICF is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support our growing organization.
You will work in the Business Transformation Office (BTO), which serves as a central team leading corporate transformation projects for ICF. The ideal candidate can be remote, but will need to work on Eastern Standard Time.
Your skills will lend themselves to working closely with a project team of operational, technical and functional subject matter experts (SMEs) and leaders. You will:
Support our internal Change Management team and engage as a key member of the Business Transformation team- Lead the development and dissemination of communications and training materials (e.g., job aids, surveys)
- Collaborate with corporate communications and others across the organization to communicate project milestones and drive Change Management
- Maintain and enhance a repository of Change Management resources
- Help coordinate our Change Management learning community
- Have the opportunity to network with executive leadership
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
- 3+ years’ experience producing organization-wide communications and training materials
- 3+ years’ experience working in a corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- PROSCI Certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships
- Experience with project management principles and tools
- Strong consultation and advisory skills
- Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, work environment
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading
- Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
- Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, work environment
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio)
