Overview
This position can be located in Purchase NY, Plano TX or Chicago IL.
As the HR Business Partner and Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and managing change initiatives within the Warehouse COE group. This dual role requires a seasoned HR professional with expertise in both HR business partnering and Change Management. You will collaborate closely with several stakeholders to provide strategic HR guidance while designing, leading and supporting execution of the change initiatives.
This role requires strong collaboration skills as it is highly matrixed and will need to work seamlessly with stakeholders across the Field, Division Teams, PBNA Sector, Finance, HR. From a HR Business Partner perspective, this role will be directly supporting the Warehouse COE Sr. Director, five Directors, managers, and employees. In total approximately sixty employees.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide expert advice on HR matters, including talent development, performance management, organizational effectiveness and employee relations.
  • Talent Development: Identify talent gaps and work with leaders to develop talent development plans, succession strategies, and training programs to build a skilled and engaged workforce. In addition. work with Talent Acquisitions and Managers of People for onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with Sr. Director to Develop and execute strategy to improve organizational health and culture. Leverage data analytics to tell a story and create an action plan. Create and facilitate Leadership Development workshops.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed and providing guidance to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and execution of performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.

Change Management Lead: Apply a structured approach to change and advocates for the people side of transformation and partner with the Project Manager to develop comprehensive Change Management strategy that align with the company's goals and objectives. A successful Change Management Lead will ensure that impacted employee embrace, adopt and use the new solution.
  • Partner with Project Manager and change team to understand our key transformation initiative and implement change projects with limited disruption.
  • Partner with Project Manager and change team to implement governance and processes that enable teams to effectively manage change including risk assessments, timelines, critical paths, training, communication plan and sustain.
  • Provide input into change capability needs.
  • Produce communication material to communicate change across all levels of the organization (frontline, professionals, executives).

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's in Organization Development, Change Management, Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology desired.
  • Minimum five years with Human Resource experience. Managed staffing, employee relations, performance management, leadership development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Change Management and methodologies and tools.
  • Process oriented and proven ability to influence decision making.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics.
  • Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present their point of view in varied business situations.
  • Strong consultative and diagnostic skills: ability to translate organizational and individual needs into specific solutions.
  • Experience driving HR programs and process across multiple stakeholder teams.
  • Ability to simplify and quickly prioritize.
  • Strong execution skills and ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Resiliency and perseverance needed to drive results and work forward quickly.
  • Self-driven leadership with ability to lead change and work independently with minimal supervision.
