The Government & Public Sector, Advisory Team at Cherry Bekaert is growing, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our firm. Apply to join our team as a Manager, Organizational Change Management - Government & Public Sector, Advisory .

As our Organizational Change Management Manager , you will focus on the people side of change, creating and implementing Change Management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and help to minimize resistance. In this role you will support initiatives that involve changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. NOTE: This is a contingent position opening and will therefore most likely start in late spring/early summer of 2024.

What your day looks like:

You understand the connection between digital transformation and business processes/behaviors and proactively identify areas of operational change that require disciplined and thoughtful Change Management, regardless of project type.

+ You will work closely with business leads and subject matter experts to identify, manifest, and realize opportunities for business process optimization.

+ As an experienced change practitioner, you serve as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor and may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of associates, managers, and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

+ As an Organizational Change ManagementManager , you will also support project teams in integrating the Change Management activities into their engagements.

What you need for this role:

+ Experience with technology, government contractors and/or Local & State government entities preferred. Most industry experience will be considered

+ Bachelor's Degree and relevant years of professional experience required

+ Minimum of 5+ years as a Change Management practitioner

+ Knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools

+ Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

+ Experience with large-scale Organizational Change efforts

+ Excellent active listening skills; Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

+ Collaborative approach and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others to move toward a common goal

+ Problem solving and root cause identification skills

+ Change management experience in financial systems or human capital management systems implementation preferred

+ Change management certification or designation preferred

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $183,750 - depending upon location, skills/experience, budget, and other market factors.
