We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Certified Personal Trainer to join our team in South Miami (Brickell/Coral Gables/Coconut Grove area) with potential for virtual clients as well. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with pre & post natal clients seeking a holistic & corrective exercise journey through motherhood. Whether it's providing prenatal in-person training sessions or designing postnatal recovery programs, your expertise and commitment will help shape the success of our clients and our company. For the right candidate, we will require that they complete the Fit for Birth PPCES in a timely manner to begin training clientele. Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
- Design customized workout programs tailored to individual needs and goals using Excel
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients during training sessions to maximize their potential
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices to enhance their overall wellness
- Maintain a safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments
Skills:
- Solid understanding of body mechanics, physical education, physiology, and anatomy
- Experience in fitness & 1:1 training is preferred
- Ability to design effective exercise programs for individuals or groups
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive training experience
- Knowledge of sports coaching principles is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate exercises and provide clear instructions
- Strong organizational skills to manage client schedules and track progress

Pay: $30.00 - $43.88 per hour
