We offer competitive pay and performance incentives. The position is meant to evolve from part-time to full-time if you'd like, as your book of clients increases. Schedule must be flexible to meet client schedule needs, which include early morning and evening sessions along with weekend availability if your personal schedule can accommodate. We expect client portfolio growth opportunities to expand throughout this year. Our current personal training staff is nearly at capacity. One of our longest-tenured trainers is relocating and we there will be an opportunity to take on some of her clients, should that candidate be a good fit. Our happy trainer family of 5 is ready to take on a new team member who is uplifting, positive and works well sharing space and ideas.

Our 2,000 sft studio is well-equipped and sized right to provide an intimate experience for our clients, with enough space for trainers and clients to share the studio as a small community. The studio is divided into two separate well-equipped personal training spaces. The front studio is fashioned with commercial-grade strength and cardio equipment. The back studio is equipped with a power rack, TRX, lots of functional training and plyometrics boxes, Olympic bars, free weights and dumbbells.

Requirements: Passionate, dedicated, educated, results-driven, client-focused and fun Certified Personal Trainers, Exercise Physiologists and Corrective Exercise Specialists to be contracted.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
