Strength And Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs. Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Design and implement effective fitness programs tailored to each client's specific requirements
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring clients perform exercises safely and effectively
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress regularly
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement clients' fitness routines
- Lead group fitness classes, if applicable
- Assist with sales efforts by promoting personal training services and signing up new clients

Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)
- Previous experience in personal training or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of sports coaching, program design, personal training techniques, group fitness instruction, and fitness sales
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients effectively

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $37.50 - $112.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
