SalaryWe're looking for an energetic Personal Trainer to join our fast growing team in Naples!
Our trainers are responsible for training our existing client base, as well as developing new client relationships with our community members. In this position, you will be conducting 1/1 sessions, as well as training small group classes. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a very fast growing company.
Personal Trainer Responsibilities:
- Train new and existing clients in 1/1 sessions.
- Lead group classes for our community members.
- Discuss goals and development opportunities with our members and introduce training packages to help them reach those goals.
- Teach clients the importance of proper technique and how to use our equipment properly.
Personal Trainer Qualifications and Skills:
- Personal training or group training certification
- CPR and first aid certification
- Great candidates will posses a growth mindset
- Social media experience
- Bachelors in exercise science preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
