The 101,811 square foot center includes 36 private and the 72 semi-private well-appointed suites. All resident rooms have individual bathrooms, each with its own shower. Enclosed exterior courtyards feature multiple access points and plenty of shaded areas to maximize resident comfort and relaxation. A large state-of-the-art therapy gym opens onto a courtyard featuring an Occupational Therapy track or mobility garden. Residents enjoy daily activities in addition to an on-site movie cinema.

In this role as Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant you will:
- Carry out treatments instructed by the occupational therapist
- Detect signs and symptoms of favorable and unfavorable reactions
- Record and keep current treatment schedules
- Ensure timeliness of paperwork
- Consistently perform at the required productivity level
- Accurately and regularly record all pertinent information regarding the Occupational Therapy treatment program.

Benefits may vary based on employment status
- Must have an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy and completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant course approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Hold and maintain current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the state where our facility is located (FL, IL or MO). License must be in good standing
- One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is desired
- Able to relate positively, favorably and motivate patients and families and work cooperative with others
- Be observant and accurate in recognizing and documenting patient change
- Knowledge of principals involved in applying standard therapeutic procedures and a broad range of adaptive devices
