Salary```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. ```Duties``` - Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff - Assist with mobility and transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers - Provide assistance with feeding and ensure patients receive proper nutrition - Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional - Perform basic medical procedures, such as taking blood pressure or collecting specimens - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients - Document patient information accurately and timely ```Qualifications``` - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (Epic) - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics - Experience administering injections is a plus - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients and making a positive impact on their lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
