Pca Personal Care Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of Personal Care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and promoting their independence. Responsibilities:
- Provide Personal Care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings, providing companionship and support
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic Personal Care techniques and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Empathy and patience when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules or client needs
