Duties:
- Assist clients with Personal Care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
Skills:
- Personal care: Ability to assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other Personal Care tasks.
- Mobility assistance: Proficient in providing support and assistance with mobility and transfers.
- Medication administration: Knowledge of proper medication administration techniques.
- Meal planning and preparation: Ability to assist with meal planning and preparation according to dietary needs.
- Housekeeping: Proficient in performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Companionship: Ability to provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
