Starting pay is based on experience. Additional pay can be earned based on hours worked per week.

- Green House CNAs must have a valid Illinois nursing assistant certification
- Must be willing to assist in light housekeeping and laundry
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language
- Must abide by ClarkLindsey's HIPAA privacy and security rules as described in the Employee handbook
- Must possess the ability to work tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public
