Poplar Care Strategiesis looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our integrated team of professionals that care for our Long Term residents and our Rehab to Home short term patients.

Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant at Poplar Care Strategies:
- Provide a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities for residents, including social interaction, and community connection.
- Assist the nurses, therapists and other staff as needed.
- Administer constant, quality customer service to help our residents Thrive.
Requirements for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Care Strategies:
- Valid certification/registration as a nursing assistant (12 hours per year of in-service training)
- Working knowledge of the Indiana Resident Rights as it applies to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in care of the intellectually disabled
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to be a responsible and dependable team member, who can take direction well.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure, remaining calm, kind, and patient during difficult circumstances and emergencies.
- Willing to work a flexible hours/shift schedules and assignments.
- Working knowledge of Point Click Care is desirable but not required.
