SalaryFULL-TIME LAUNDRY ATTENDANT
As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that units are stocked with clean linens and that personal items are washed/passed out to our residents. Picking up dirty linens, washing, drying, folding.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and redistributing the community laundry.
- Partners with community team to ensure the community is in compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies, adherence to safety rules and regulations.
- Practices safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and Lockout Tag out procedures.
- Team members may be exposed to blood and or body fluids with potential exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases.
- Actively participates as a member of a team and is committed to working toward team goals.
- Laundry is responsible for ensuring that units are stocked with clean linens and personal items are washed/passed out to our residents.

- Proper policy and procedures followed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma / GED preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Competent in organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision by following all community procedures and guidelines and having the ability to follow through on assigned tasks and demonstrates initiative.
- Ability to perform tasks with frequent interruptions.
