CNA RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
*Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff to include bathing, dressing, grooming and/or moving residents
*Answering resident call lights to determine residents needs
*Serving and/or feeding residents in dining rooms or in residents rooms
*Providing physical support to assist residents to perform daily living activities
*Observing or examining residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention, such as bruises, open wounds, or blood in urine
*Occasionally, accompanying residents to doctors appointments
CNA REQUIREMENTS:
*State certification as a nursing assistant
*Complete familiarity as a nursing assistant
*Highly developed observation skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
