The primary goal of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to provide quality daily routine nursing care to our senior residents following the facility's policies and procedures and as guided and supervised by our Registered Nurses.
We are looking to add more CNAs to TRAIN and be a part of our growing community of health care professionals! Our commitment is to support every step of the way until you become a Licensed CNA and work with us!
Essential duties
- Under the supervision of the RN, provide compassionate resident care to residents
- Check resident conditions routinely and efficiently to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
- Assist residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, brushing teeth, and changing linens
- Assist with transfers, mobility within the room, moving from bed to wheelchair, or holding residents carefully during assessments
- Assist with routine daily exercises as prescribed by the therapist
- Assess and record resident vital signs accurately
- Maintain resident confidentiality at all times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old and above
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- BLS/CPR Certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
