We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administer basic life support techniques when necessary
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Assist with feeding and tube feeding as required
- Administer medications under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Perform patient assessments and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Provide care for patients with behavioral health needs
- Support patients with dementia care and provide emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Familiarity with IV infusion procedures
- Experience in medication administration
- Understanding of senior care principles and practices
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate nature and ability to provide emotional support to patients
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner

Pay: $18.06 - $21.74 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
