The Hendricks House Group is looking to hire a Substance Abuse Counselor for a brand new Outpatient program. The ideal candidate will be a CADC or a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LAC, etc)
Applicants will work onsite M-F, (no weekends) and must be able to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Job responsibilities are:
- Conduct Individual and group counseling sessions.
- Case Management.
- Complete NJSAMS intakes.
- Development of the client discharge/continuum of care plan to ensure movement to the appropriate levels of care.
- Maintain client caseload (including all case management and utilization review updates).
- Treatment planning duties and clinical charting as required.
- Provide coordination of support services for the client/family and record the services provided in the client’s clinical record.
- Develop and maintain documentation.
Position is full time with benefits. 401k w/ up to 5% match, 10 paid holidays, Vacation based on years of service, 8 sick days per year, and Health insurance with supplemental program.
