- Assist with personal hygiene, including shower/tub or bed baths, oral care, hair and skin care
- Assist in the use of toilet facilities, including bed pans
- Assist in and out of bed, excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless trained and documented as competent
- Assist with walking, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs, when applicable
- Assist with self-administration of medications
- Meal preparation and feeding, when appropriate or required
- Ambulates and exercises the residents assigned
- Provide companionship
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Provide grooming and dressing guidance
- Preforms household services essential to home care in the home as assigned
- Provide laundry and linen service to include washing, ironing, and folding clothes/towels
- Provide grocery/clothes shopping service
- Provide incidental transportation for doctor's appointments and more
- Provide planning and assistance with recreational activities and events
- Record and report changes in the clients physical condition, behavior, appearance and/ and or needs to the administrator or director
- Document visits records/services delivered in accordance with Blossomkare central policies and procedures
- Attends in service and continuing education/staff tranining services as scheduled and necessary
- Attends residental care conferences/council meetings as scheduled.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Temporary
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
