Job Title: Manager, Centralized Services
Reports To: CIO
FLSA Status: Exempt
Job Overview: Under the direction of the CIO, the Manager of Centralized Services will lead the organization in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. The incumbent will spearhead the management of our remote IT teams and ensure seamless operations across our service offerings. With an in-depth understanding of IT operations, service delivery, and client satisfaction, will be utilized to drive our team’s success in providing top-notch IT solutions and support.
Essential Functions:
Oversee IT operations and ensure the delivery of efficient and effective services to clients.
Lead and manage a remote team of IT professionals.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and optimize processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT service management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align services and foster a culture of excellence.
Continuously evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, policies, and SOPs.
Share technical expertise and insights with team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
Proven track record of successfully managing remote IT teams
Strong knowledge of IT operations, service delivery, and client relationship management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
IT certifications such as ITIL or PMP are a plus.
Experience in using a PSA/ticketing system.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, excellent customer service skills and a "can do” attitude.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment is a plus.
Ability to document work and maintain accurate records.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and common software applications.
Resourceful – the ability to figure things out.
High attention to detail.
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and team-oriented behavior; have mutual respect for management and team members; partner with others to create an exceptional experience for each and every client.

Physical Requirements
- Hearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.
- Speaking: Must be able to communicate clearly with clients in person and over the telephone.
- Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed
sources and computer screens.
- Other: Requires occasional lifting and carrying items weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted.
Requires frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements (specifically keyboarding
and writing), standing, walking, squatting and sitting, with some lifting, pushing and pulling
exerted regularly throughout a regular work shift.
