SalaryWe are looking for a special leader with intake and nursing experience for a Central Intake Liaison Nurse position. This position requires a minimum of two years nurse liaison or skilled nursing admissions experience and a current Michigan RN or LPN license.

The Central Intake Liaison Nurse will be responsible for:
- Identifying admissions appropriate for our locations
- Working with hospital discharge planners and families to arrange admission
- Ensuring all required documents are received prior to admission
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Onsiting patients at the hospital
- Attend hospital meetings
