Job Description
New York Center for Infants and Toddlers Inc. is seeking an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Head Teacher position. This role will consist of two daily sessions in our Early Intervention (EI) program located at 51A East 117th Street, NY, NY 10035 and one daily home-based Early Intervention ABA session.
In the center-based program the Head Teacher will provide hands-on training, support, and supervision to up to ten (10) 1:1 Teacher Aides.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of ABA experience, preferably in and Early Intervention or CPSE setting. BCBA preferred, but not required.
Required Certification:
One of the following New York State Teacher Certifications:
Permanent Special Education; Permanent TSHH; Initial/Professional Students with Disabilities (Birth through 2nd Grade);
