Experience: Seeking proposals fromexperienced salesperson versed in resort sales with a deep bench of contacts in the greater New York City market. Hutton Brickyards is looking for a self-motivated contractor who will pursue sales independently in return for commissions. The salesperson should have proven experience in outside sales and the ability and time to identify and book meeting, retreats and event business at Hutton Brickyards.
Responsibilities:
- Contractor will work remotely 100% and will set his or her own hours and be self-directed.
- Responsible for sourcing leads and conducting sales calls by meeting existing and potential clients face to face, via e-mail or phone calls.
- Identify and target potential customers in the greater New York City market.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospect and generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients with regular calls and follow ups.
- Participate in tradeshows and networking events in NYC, as needed to book business.

- Corporate Retreats
- Leadership Retreats
- Wellness Retreats
- Team Building
- Film / Entertainment
- Product Launches
- Education
