Physical Therapist Assistant - School calendar 2023-2024 position available with competitive rates.
Saint Joseph’s Medical Center is seeking full - time and/or part - time Physical Therapist Assistant. Reporting to the Director of the School-Based Rehab Program the Physical Therapist Assistant will provide intervention for children in schools and/or in their homes, document sessions and progress, prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain ongoing communication with parents, guardians and teachers all under the direction of a Physical Therapists.
Job Requirements: should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and strong communication skills; written and verbal. Must have excellent organizational skills and be flexible.
New York State Physical Therapy Assistant License required.
Two years pediatric and/or school-based experience is preferred.

Salary: $45.00 to $83.40 per hour
Eligibility for Health Benefits dependent on hours worked.
