We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will excel in providing white-glove service, upselling, handling objections, and driving account growth.
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager at Enjoy Hemp, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 200+ accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve upselling existing customers, adding new SKUs, addressing issues/objections, and collaborating with internal teams to support account growth and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, providing exceptional white-glove service and support.
- Upsell customers on new products and SKUs, addressing objections and encouraging inventory management.
- Identify opportunities for new business and expand product offerings within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for account growth and promotion.
- Attend industry events to network, build relationships, and promote Enjoy Hemp products and services.
- Provide regular reports on account activity, progress, and challenges to management.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with cannabis industry regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management in consumer packaged goods, preferably cannabis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections effectively.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and regulations is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot is a plus.
