We are seeking a hardworking, humble, and entrepreneurial minded Sales Support Specialist to join the customer experience solution team at EDCi. In this role you will work alongside our account management team to support our clients and prospects through each step of the sales process. Your role will include helping clients resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking, and executing sales orders. You will also perform key Sales Support administrative tasks such as maintaining pipeline, sales forecasting, sales order processing, and other business development needed tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing sales data entry duties in regards to performance metrics, opportunity management, and other key operational pipeline forecasting requirements.
- Supporting account managers in the creation and processing of sales orders in a timely manner.
- Providing client facing relationship support for EDCi clients alongside assigned Account managers.
- Creating, owning, and performing prospect business development strategies to drive new leads throughout the customer experience solution team.
- Act as the sales team liaison to marketing for sales driven tasks, including events, collateral, use cases, or other ad hoc requirements.
PRIMARY/ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business, IT or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Healthcare and/or Genesys experience a plus, but not required
