Job Description

The Consumer and Business Banking Operations (CBBO) Business Line is seeking a Contract Analyst responsible for the oversight of our contracting process with Third Party Vendors.

The Contract Analyst will work with Business Lines and Third-Party Vendors to facilitate the contract review process through various Bank stakeholders, including, but not limited to: Risk, Finance, Legal, and Contract Services.

The Contract Analyst will assist in review/response to contract redlines, manage negotiations, analyze contractual documentation for issue remediation, as well as ensure all contracts are reposited accurately and reviewed annually within our contracting system.

JD is preferred for this role.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

+ Five to seven years of experience in an applicable risk management environment

+ Applicable professional certifications, e.g. JD or MBA

Preferred Skills/Experience

+ Self-driven, with a high attention to detail

+ Advanced understanding of Consumer and Business Banking Operations (CBBO)

+ Strong relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

+ Strong time management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ JD

+ Third party risk management experience

+ Financial services' audit and regulatory background

+ Experience in Archer eGRC and MS Office Suite

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $87,465.00 - $102,900.00 - $113,190.00
