Chick-fil-A Elmhurst is looking for a full-time Catering Manager to oversee our catering activity, drive catering sales in the local community, and provide in-store leadership.

The Catering Manager is responsible for:
- Delivering a remarkable dining experience for all our catering pickups and deliveries
- Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work on catering including the behaviors below
- Hustle that creates on time orders
- Execution of systems that ensure fresh products and meeting Chick-Fil-A's recipes
- Delivering Chick-Fil-A's recipe for service at catering events
- Payment system for catering
- Monitoring system for customer experiences
- Execution of delivery and setup for catering events
- Generating new catering customers and events
- Creating a monthly catering market goal and execution of plans to attain it
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with a positive image of Chick-fil-A Elmhurst, our mission and our values
- Other duties as assigned by restaurant leadership

- Effectively coach and give direction
