Full Job Description:

Pay starts at $16 per hour. Compensation isdetermined by theemployee's skills, knowledge, experience, availability, and performance. Must be at least 16 years of age to apply. Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Looking for an opening lobby/drive-thru (10:30 am - 4 pm onweekdays or 11:00 am - 3:30 pm on weekends). Candidates with open availability will receive preferred consideration.

Quick Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable individual for our Lobby/Drive-Thru shift. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Politely taking orders from customers and working on the cash registers
• Using manners when communicating with all customers, thanking them for their business
• Going the extra mile to ensure that all customers receive the hospitality they deserve
• Listening to customers and answering any questions they may have about an item on our menu
• Memorizing the menu and prices
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including wiping down chairs, booths, tables, and countertops
• Table Touching - walking up to customers as they are eating to ask if you can help them in any way, checking on how their food is, and to thank them for their business
• Handles any complications or complaints with grace and understanding
• Using the statement "I appreciate you" to each customer
• Show up to work on time, and when scheduled
• Communicates clearly and effectively with team members
• Reports any complications or concerns immediately to management

Requirements:

• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexibility in their schedule
• Must have open availability
