Job description:

Phresh is seeking candidates who are eager to be a part of our small business and embrace our attitudes, ideals, and values! The ideal team member is enthusiastic, reliable, outgoing, and driven! You will take orders, prepare, and serve food/beverages to patrons at our establishment. Minimum pay: $15-TBD/hour. You’ll be working out of an Açai bowl food truck and snowball stand.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare & serve food and beverages to guests
• Accurately explain menu items to guests and answer questions when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the food preparation and serving areas
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the establishment by demonstrating care, empathy, offering help, and maintaining eye contact
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive during peak hours in a fast-paced environment
• Have a sense of urgency to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Work with other team members to provide the best experience for our guests
• Accurately perform cashier duties including taking orders, handling cash, and card transactions
• Take inventory and restock goods as needed
• Perform other establishment duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, Food Service, or other related fields
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be team-oriented by treating everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes correctly
• Flexibility with schedules preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
