Position Purpose
The Shell USA Maintenance Excellence team is seeking a Supply Chain Integration Lead for the Shell Polymers Site in Monaca, Pennsylvania. This role will work for the Maintenance Excellence Manager within the MTAC Organization and leads the integration activity between MTAC and Supply Chain. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan to fully integrate Supply Chain into the SPM MTAC organization and sustain the performance. This will include components of structure, accountability, culture, skills, and processes.
This opportunity will hold an integral part on our Shell Polymers site which is previously known as the Shell Pennsylvania Chemicals Project, it was started-up in 2022 and Shell’s entry into the Polyethylene performance chemicals market. Shell Polymers is now a critical part of the Shell Chemical global portfolio and integral to the success of the overall business. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a team of high motivated individuals, working with a newly constructed world class asset.
Accountabilities:
Lead the integration of the Maintenance Execution/Manage Supply Chain team, specifically focusing on the maintenance excellence work process
Understand all critical dates, who works off of different dates, what is required to change them, how do they get set, what level of approval is required to change, date control governance and priorities
Establish the appropriate KPIs/measures, both above site and senior leadership level but also for the work process performers
Manage crystal clear role/responsibilities through a swimlane and expectations for each work process performer
Drive the plan for the site’s critical equipment’s stocking strategies
Track most expedited materials to ensure stocking strategies are updated in SAP
Requirements
Must have legal authorization to work in the USA on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and other disciplines is
Minimum of 7 years work related experience in materials and coordination in the petrochemical industry
Candidate must have an experience working at Shell Polymers Monaca or Polyethylene
Proficient in SAP and generating reports
Knowledge of Primavera and scheduling
Knowledge of KPIs and Power Bi data sourcing
Comprehension of budgetary impacts of stocking vs sourcing of materials
The base salary range for this position is $101,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
