Salary: $56,000-59,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with 2 early evening nights (11:00am-7:30pm).

This leadership position involves supervising Case Manager that support program participants and staff in a residential network located in the Joliet and surrounding areas.
The Case Manager Supervisor is a key member of the team; promoting, mentoring and providing growth opportunities for the Case Managers who support individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
The Supervisor’s role is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to:
- Make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
- Supervise up to five residential Case Managers
- Guide and lead the Community Support Team in treatment and habilitation methods
- Oversee compliance with the implementation and coordination of personal plans for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Provide training to direct care staff as needed

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sociology, special education, rehabilitation, counseling, psychology, social work, applied behavioral studies, elementary education, communicative disorders, gerontology, health education, human development
- At least two years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Physical Requirements:
Be able to lift over 40 pounds from floor to waist unassisted, push and pull 75 pounds, complete deep knee squat, push wheelchairs up to 200 pounds, remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, operate motor vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the person is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment. Physical activities that could be used include: driving, balancing, pulling, pushing, standing, climbing, grasping, stooping, crouching, crawling, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion.
