Overview:

Case Managers provide a variety of services to consumers who are experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges, with the overall goal of ensuring consumers receive appropriate care and have access to resources that promote their wellbeing.

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling or a related field
• At least (1) year experience in working with specific population to be served
• Related license and/or certification
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.79 per hour
