Substance Abuse Case Manager

```Duties``` Case Manager
- Develop and implement behavioral health programs and services
- Provide individual and group supportive counseling sessions to clients
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans based on client needs
- Utilize therapeutic interventions to facilitate coping skills to achieve sustainable sobriety
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients while in treatment and as part of discharge planning to promote continuity of care

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Proven experience in providing counseling services in a behavioral health setting (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of therapy techniques and their application in mental health treatment
- Valid drivers license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
