As a Case Manager you will:

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Case Manager at másLabor, you will be integral in ensuring our clients navigate the complexities of government filings and workforce visa programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and scrutinize various government filings, ensuring they are accurately tailored to each client's unique business and labor needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of H2 and other workforce visa programs. Provide insightful consultations to clients, helping them navigate and comply with complex regulatory requirements.
- Deliver outstanding client service through both written and verbal communication. Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide expert advice.
- Actively engage in training and professional development opportunities. Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure up-to-date knowledge and practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures. Provide feedback and ideas on how to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a professional setting.
- Proven track record in a client-facing role or experience in a regulatory, compliance, or legal environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits:
- After successfully completing our initial training program, Case Managers receive a compensation package that includes a base salary combined with a caseload-dependent component.
- Case Managers with over two years of tenure typically average an annual income of $97,000. This role is not commission-based; instead, case assignments are thoughtfully aligned with each Case Manager’s growing capacity and expertise over time.
