Salary- Coordinates all Therapeutic Community program activities and Resident activities
- Work under the guidelines of agency contracts to ensure accountability and reporting requirements.
- Provides assessments/intakes and individual instruction to residents in housing program.
- Provides aftercare plan for residents returning to the community to include referrals for housing, further substance abuse coaching, and mental health counseling.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in case files in a timely manner.
- Provide input and reports to the Executive Director and Case Management Team regarding needs of each resident, improving ways of offering prevention, outreach, and treatment services in supervision.
- Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all residents, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
- Coordinate front desk schedule to ensure 24 hour coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
